Administration Assistant

Medway Law, part of the Intelligent Services Group, is a growing Auction Conveyancing business based just outside of Newcastle in Kingston Park. We believe success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people. We are looking recruit an Administration Assistant to help the Auction and Conveyancing department.

The role will centre around providing support to all teams in all administration tasks to enable our operation to run smoothly and effectively to ensure key objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production, distribution and correct file management of all supporting documentation.
  • Undertake general administration duties, using a high degree of self-management and initiative.
  • Deal with clients and suppliers both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information.
  • Present yourself and Medway Law in the best possible way be that on the phone, via written communication or in person to our partner agents their clients and all other associated persons relating to your role.
  • Effectively manage your time to enable you to provide the service as detailed in this job description.
  • Show your enthusiasm, determination and drive to deliver our key objectives at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will be able to work accurately and efficiently to a high level of detail. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a busy law firm ideally with high volume conveyancing, although this is not essential.
