Auction Specialist

IAM Sold, part of the Intelligent Services Group, is a multi-award winning property auction company based at the Regent Centre, Gosforth. We believe success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking to appoint motivated sales professionals to successfully deliver IAM Sold’s auction solution to an assigned network of estate agent branches, consistently delivering sales results and excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with assigned agents to maximise lead conversion
  • Effectively deal with vendors and buyers to facilitate successful sales
  • Consistently deliver on monthly personal KPI’s
  • Fully utilise the inhouse task system to stay organised and work efficiently
  • Develop your assigned network of branch staff to deliver at their highest level.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with multiple stakeholders

The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, a high degree of business acumen and good knowledge of the sales process. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector.
