Key Account Manager

The Conveyancing Partnership, part of the iamproperty group, is the leading provider of white-label conveyancing to property professionals. We specialise in providing estate agents with the ability to offer a seamless white label conveyancing.

Due to continued success, we are looking to appoint a motivated Key Account Manager to further build on our excellent relationships with our partner estate agents in order to maximise all opportunities for lead generation in the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities             

  • Provide support, training and development to existing and new agents.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through face to face meetings
  • Liaise with the Panel Manager with regards to solicitor’s issues/opportunities
  • Take part in weekly conference calls with management team
  • Review and analyse data on opportunity reports with each branch manager

Due to the nature of our group, the successful candidate must have demonstratable sales or business development experience, excellent telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills. Due to the nature of the position, regular travel is required across the Northeast, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

The role is target driven so the successful candidate will be required to have excellent organisational skills in order to manage your tasks in a timely manner while meeting our service obligations. Knowledge of the property sector or conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
